Working within an established sales team, the main responsibilities will be:-


  • Contacting warm leads that will have come through internal and third party sources in order to identify realistic and viable opportunities for business development
  • Investigating and generating new leads and initiating contact
  • Ensure all leads and relevant market information is loaded onto (and updated) our CRM database
  • Showcase and discuss the services we can offer with prospective new clients, as compared to those of our competitors
  • Research potential new accounts and gather accurate information
  • Book appointments for the sales team
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the line manager and reporting monthly at inter-department level
  • Extensive verbal and written communications to prospective customers as well as dialogue with current and previous customers
  • Understand the value of teamwork, promote excellent customer service and account management


Applicant Requirements

  • Experienced in building new customer relationships, customer care or account management
  • 5+  years business development/sales experience in a similar role
  • Experience in sectors such as design, construction, architecture, interior fit out and refurbishment highly beneficial
  • Experienced in sales calls, emails and all relevant methods of communications
  • Strategic thinker, problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good personal presentation skills
  • Team player with integrity, initiative, self motivation and commitment

About the Benefits

Annual starting salary of c£50k (negotiable and dependent upon experience), plus bonus and exceptional benefits
