Business Support Administrator - Winnersh

Circa £18-21,000 - negotiable dependant on experience + benefits

Working for an award winning (London Stock Exchange Group’s top 1,000 Employers to inspire Britain) and independently owned facilities & soft services management company, based in Winnersh, providing building support services to customers in London and the South East. We are looking for an Administrator to be to join our growing, busy Business Support team, to develop within a fast paced environment, working from our head office in Winnersh.

Main Duties:

  • Providing general administrative assistance
  • Responsible for inputting and updating scheduled works, liaising with the relevant business partners to ensure access where appropriate
  • Ensuring that certificates are in date and updated on company database, liaising with relevant departments and external parties to ensure training schedule is adhered to
  • Ensuring that the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule is updated
  • Responding and assisting with the customer calls, ensuring jobs are logged, updated and responded to within the service level agreement
  • Basic support in regards to the setup of Laptops and Mobile Phones
  • Updating job sheets, templates, spreadsheets and contacts
  • Typing up Quotations when required and as directed
  • Updating and maintaining company database
  • Assisting with provision of meeting, greeting and provision of refreshments for external visitors/meetings


  • Previous administration experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organisation skills
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work in a varied and diverse role

Salary and Benefits:

Circa £19-21k negotiable dependant on experience, increasing on successful completion of probationary period. Benefits include 28 days annual leave, NEST pension and some excellent employee scheme and incentives (childcare vouchers, cycle to work, employee discounts, health club etc…)
